This project is a custom-built web-based Electronic Medical Record (EMR) application tailored for a dental clinic’s daily operational needs. The application streamlines patient registration, dental charting, treatment history, digital prescriptions, and billing processes in a secure and accessible platform.

Designed to comply with Indonesia’s national health data integration, the system is connected to SATUSEHAT, enabling the clinic to synchronize patient medical records and service reports in real time with the Ministry of Health. This ensures both data compliance and improved patient care continuity across the national healthcare ecosystem.
