Envitation Planner provides a branded online platform for creating and managing digital invitations for events such as weddings, birthdays, corporate occasions, and more. The website is designed to offer visually appealing templates, booking options, and personalized RSVP tracking, all accessible to users with minimal technical knowledge.The objective was to craft a modern, responsive site that showcases invitation designs, guides users through customizing and purchasing templates or services, and features clear contact/RSVP flows.

Design Goals
- Present invitation templates in an attractive, gallery-style layout.
- Offer a frictionless user journey from browsing to RSVP management.
- Ensure responsiveness across all devices and support content updates via CMS with design focused on mobile experience.

Layout Structure
- The site uses a modular layout with clearly defined sections: hero banner, service overviews, company introduction, and detailed content blocks.
- The service cards are presented in a grid layout for quick scanning, while longer text sections are paired with imagery for balance.
- Footer includes essential business information, contact location, and navigation links.
Clean spacing, consistent card layouts, and simple iconography helped communicate professionalism while letting visual designs shine. Users could browse templates, view details, and initiate the customization process with a few clicks.Attention was paid to responsive behaviors: the gallery turns into a swipeable carousel on mobile, and touch-friendly controls replace hover interactions. Visual load indicators and lazy-loading techniques ensured even slower connections didn’t impede browsing quality.
